If you require services not covered by the NHS Primary Care Services contract, your GP may consider undertaking such work for you on a private basis. However, please be aware that a charge will apply for these services, and there may be instances where your request cannot be accommodated. Our primary focus is on NHS-related tasks.
To initiate a request, kindly email our reception team or submit a detailed letter, including any necessary forms, to the health centre. Our staff will contact you before proceeding to confirm your GP’s availability and discuss applicable charges.
Upon payment, we aim to complete your request within 15 working days, barring exceptional circumstances such as GP annual leave or extensive requests.
We will notify you once your request has been completed.
Payment
We accept card payments and bank transfers, typically required in advance. Should you have any payment-related queries, please contact our reception team for assistance.
